The use of herbs.uk and making a purchase is governed by the Terms of Service and the policies below and indicates your acceptance of the Terms of Service.

4. All prices on the site are shown in GB Pounds Sterlings and include VAT. You pay the price displayed on the site at the time we accept your order. We try to ensure all prices on the web site are accurate. Nevertheless, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have offered, we will contact you to resolve the situation.

5. All goods must be paid in full before shipping. All transactions are carried out in GBP Sterlings only.

6. A binding contact is formed only when you receive a confirmation by us that your order has been accepted and we have your credit/debit card charged. For our Money Back Guarantee, please refer to the Money Back Policy section.

7. Payments can be made by credit/debit cards on-line or by phone. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem to be suspicious or where the details you provided do not match the security details held by the card issuer for that card.

8. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in our Shipping and Delivery of Goods section. We make every effort to deliver the goods in the estimated timescale however delays are occasionally inevitable.

9. Goods are subject to availability. If it happens we are unable to supply the goods in time, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

10. In the unlikely event of change in the specification or quality of the goods ordered to change, we will offer you a substitute of the same or better quality for the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you feel free to contact us to discuss a new one.

11. herbs.uk reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its own discretion.

12. Images of goods on the site may not show the actual size of items. All sizes and measurements on the site are approximate. They are provided for guidance purpose only.

13. We do not accept any responsibility for any web site(s) that may be connected with links to us. Please refer to their Terms of Service for more information.

14. herbs.uk may change these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders.

Shipping & Delivery of Goods

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Services. All packages that are sent require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect it from a local post office.

Money Back Policy

Damaged Goods

At herbs.uk we strive to ensure that all goods reach our customers in excellent condition and your satisfaction is our goal. However, if at any time it happens that you should receive damaged goods from us, please contact us immediately at 0870 284 4653, 10am - 7pm during the normal working days or use our Return System to send the goods back.
The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and original package within 14 days of the delivery.

The goods will be deemed returned when signed for by us. Returned goods will only be credited or replaced if the damage occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing fault. Refunds are made at herbs.uk.com own discretion.
Refunds and replacements are arranged within 30 days of the date we receive the returned goods.

Unwanted Goods

herbs.uk operates a 14 Days Money back Guarantee. If you'd like to return any goods purchased from herbs.uk.com (e.g. you have ordered the wrong herb), please use the Return System to get instructions of how to send the goods back. Make sure the seal of the goods is not broken.
The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and original package within 14 days of the delivery.
The goods will be deemed returned when signed for by us. Refunds are arranged within the next 30 days of the date we receive the returned goods.
herbs.uk cannot guarantee a refund for goods received outside the stated 14 days period. All Refunds are made at herbs.uk.com own discretion.
